Video Games

Ok, is it just my husband or do all men when playing video games have to turn the TV up almost as loud as it will go so it feels like they are actually in the middle of World War II Germany (or Yankees Stadium, or the Superbowl)? I mean when the bombs explode on the game you can feel it in the floor (quite an accomplishment seeing how we do not have surround sound so it's just coming from our poor little TV). I'm sure our neighbors think we're freaks cause of all the shouting (cause yes, you can hear it outside). But at least the shouting is coming from the video game and not us (unlike some people in our neighborhood - ahem). Even poor Coy gets gun-shy. Then of course the hub gets all huffy when I ask him to turn it down. Like it's not as much fun when it's not at 500,000 decibles. I'm sure he has his gripes to, but at least when I play guitar hero I don't have to feel like I'm actually performing on stage with Aerosmith. :)

Getting Started

Ok, I've done myspace, facebook, and twitter. So now I thought I'd try this out (I didn't realize how popular it was). I don't have any idea what to blog about. My life really isn't that interesting. I don't have kids to talk about or an exciting job. I will post some stuff later.
